Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Transform NC LLC ("Transform NC," "we," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us directly when you:

  • Submit our consultation request form at transformnc.com/contact (name, email, phone, project address, project type, and a description of your project).
  • Communicate with us by phone, SMS, or email about a remodeling project.
  • Engage with us as an active client during the design and construction process (project photos, agreements, payments, and ongoing correspondence).

We do not collect information from minors and we do not request sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, or financial account data) through our public forms.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Respond to your consultation request and communicate about your remodeling project.
  • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations, send agreements, and coordinate construction.
  • Send service-related text messages, emails, or phone calls about your project.
  • Maintain accurate business and project records as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes.

3. SMS / text messaging

By providing your phone number on our consultation request form, you authorize Transform NC LLC to contact you by SMS, phone, and email regarding your inquiry. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is conversational in nature. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not license your contact details to data brokers, marketing lists, or any commercial party.

Our software is our own. Transform NC LLC operates its own in-house software (the “Battle Rhythm Portal”) for managing your project information — we are not a customer of a third-party CRM or project-management SaaS that has its own access to your data. Your records live on systems Transform NC LLC controls directly.

The only parties with whom we may share limited information are:

  • Subcontractors and trade partners who need contact or address information to perform work on your project (e.g., the plumber needs your address to arrive on site).
  • Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., our SMS provider for delivering messages, our email provider, our accounting software). These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Government authorities when legally required (subpoena, court order, tax reporting, etc.).

5. Your client portal

When you become an active client, Transform NC LLC provides a private web view of your project (the “client portal”) at a unique URL we share directly with you. The portal shows your project’s scope, photos, schedule, and the signed agreement. Only you (and anyone you choose to share the URL with) can see it.

You may occasionally receive an SMS or email letting you know something new has been posted to your portal — for example, photos from a site visit or a scope update we’ve added. We treat the portal as part of how we communicate with you, not as a separate product.

If you no longer want access, we can revoke the URL at any time on request and a new one can be issued.

6. Information mobile opt-in is not shared

Phone numbers and consent data collected for SMS messaging are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and are not used to populate marketing lists.

7. Data retention

We retain client and project records as long as needed to operate our business and comply with legal obligations (typically the duration of any active project plus seven years for tax and warranty purposes). Inquiry records from prospects who do not become clients are retained for a reasonable follow-up period and then archived or deleted.

8. Your choices

  • SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any text from us.
  • Email opt-out: reply asking to be removed, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Information access or deletion: contact us using the details below to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we do not store financial account information or government identifiers and we limit access to client records to authorized personnel.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email or SMS where appropriate.
