Our Owner

Nathan Spearing

Nathan is a special operations veteran with nearly 14 years of military service. He left the military and founded Transform NC for the purpose of being a more present leader in his family.

He loves historic remodels and approaches each project with relentless attention to detail and a passion for making old things beautiful.

Nathan first started remodeling homes with his father, building a 1400 square foot addition to their home when he was 13 years old. He has since expanded his area of expertise to include general contracting, residential remodeling, historic home restorations, premium outdoor living space construction, and commercial build outs in Moore County, NC.

A Legacy of Craftsmanship

Nathan first started remodeling homes with his father when they built a 1400 square foot addition to their home when he was 13 years old. This early experience sparked a lifelong passion for quality construction and attention to detail.

After nearly 14 years of military service as a special operations veteran, Nathan founded Transform NC to pursue his passion for home building while being a more present leader in his family and community.

Today, Transform NC continues this legacy of craftsmanship, specializing in historic home restorations, premium outdoor living spaces, and whole-home renovations throughout Moore County.
