In-Person Consultation

When you choose us as your general contractor, we take the time to work directly with you during every stage in your project. The in-person consultation is essential for helping us learn more about your dreams for your space and discover how we can make that a reality.

What We Do During the Consultation

360º Assessment: We evaluate every important structural and mechanical system in your home.
3D Scanning: We capture 3D scans and key measurements of the space so we can move straight into the design phase.
Vision Discussion: We discuss your vision so we can learn how to build the space of your dreams.
Q&A: We answer your questions about your home and the remodel process.

How We Prepare

Before the consultation, our team gathers and reviews information from you like design inspiration, photos, and sketches. We also research the biography of your home—information such as the year it was built, square footage, and the building methods used in construction.

What to Expect

We believe that the home ought to be a place of life, enjoyment, and beauty. We want to learn about your design preferences so we can provide the best quality materials that will last a lifetime. We'll assess your home's health including temperature management, humidity, drainage, HVAC, and electrical/plumbing systems.

Step 3

Pre-Contract Design Services

We ensure your remodel is planned to perfection. Our paid design services (typically around 5% of the overall budget) allow us to go through a really in-depth process that enables us to hit the ground running with as many variables figured out.

Our Design Process

3D Scanning: We scan the entire space with LIDAR technology to capture the space in 3D.
Collaborative Design: We hold design meetings with you, capturing everything discussed and generating detailed summaries.
Mood Boards & Walkthroughs: Our collaborative design phase includes mood boards, virtual walkthroughs, and materials previews.
CAD Drawings: We finalize everything with precise CAD drawings and clear pricing structures for execution planning.

Step 4

Build

This is the fun part! We get the opportunity to completely transform your space.

With our detailed planning complete, we execute with precision. Our team uses the 3D models, CAD drawings, and material selections to coordinate with all subcontractors. Every decision has been made in advance, minimizing surprises and keeping your project on schedule.

Throughout the build, we maintain clear communication and provide regular updates on progress. We take pride in delivering near-perfect craftsmanship that stands the test of time.
