Yes. We have experience with the architectural review requirements of Pinehurst's historic district and carefully preserve original details while modernizing the parts of a home that should be modern — plumbing, electrical, insulation, and systems.

Cost follows scope: replacing countertops is a very different project from a full kitchen redesign with wall removals, and we won't pretend otherwise.
