Southern Pines is where Transform NC is based, and it's where our family is building our own dream home and farm. Downtown Southern Pines has one of the most remarkable concentrations of early 1900s homes in North Carolina — homes with heart-pine floors, original plaster, sleeping porches, and a character that can't be reproduced.
We've remodeled homes in Southern Pines from 1910 kitchens to whole-home historic restorations. We've done master bathrooms that look like they've always been there and attic remodels that add real, livable square footage without apologizing for the age of the house.
